All you’re going to do here is bring your legs in toward each other and then push them out again. It’s important not to bend your knees when you do this, because that will take away from the intensity of the exercise–straighten them as much as possible!

Outer Thigh Presses: This is another good one like last time. You can choose whether or not you want to add on an extra 30 seconds if you’re feeling ambitious! Bring your leg outward and hold for a few seconds before pushing it back in. Make sure you keep all of your muscles tight and don’t bend any parts of your body during this movement-especially with this one don’t bend at the hips!

Inner Thigh Rotation: This is a great exercise that really helps to work out your muscles in the inner thigh area. Make sure you tighten your thighs and glutes when you’re doing this one, though, because if you don’t it’s not going to do much for you! Again, keep in mind that if this exercise is too difficult for you right off of the bat then it’s ok to decrease the amount of reps or sets/time!

Outer Thigh Rotation: You can choose whether or not you want to add on an extra 30 seconds per set here if you’re feeling ambitious! This is another good workout for working out muscles in the outer thigh. Keep in mind that it may be more difficult than some of these other ones, but it’s still effective!

Hip Raises: This is a good exercise for your abs, glutes, and hips–so make sure you tighten up all of these muscles when doing this one! You’re going to lift your legs off the machine while keeping them straight. Try not to bend at the hips or knees here-just bring them directly up toward the ceiling until you can’t go any further without straining yourself. Focus on really tightening up your glutes here as well so that you get the best ab workout possible!

Back/Butt Lifts: This is another good exercise for working out primarily your butt and back muscles. The entire time through this exercise you should tighten everything in your body, but really focus on keeping your abs, glutes, and back tight! This will help you to get the best ab workout possible while also strengthening your muscles.

Hip Circles: You can choose whether or not you want to add on an extra 30 seconds here if you’re feeling ambitious! If this exercise is too difficult for you right off of the bat then it’s ok to decrease the amount of reps or sets/time! Make sure that your hips are moving in a full circle during this movement–this means not allowing them to simply slide up and down (or left and right!). Keeping good form is important with this one because it increases intensity.

Butt Lifts: This is another good exercise for working out primarily your butt muscles. Make sure you keep your abs tight throughout this movement, but also focus on tightening up your glutes and hips–try not to bend at the hips or knees! This will help you get the best ab workout possible while also strengthening other parts of your body.
