Julie has been an avid spinner since 1999 and has been instructing since 2005. She loves being able to teach something that she loves to do-there's no greater motivation! Julie enjoys the friendships and camaraderie that have formed in her classes. Her hobbies include hiking, gardening and cooking as a Pampered Chef Consultant.
Stacia has been an instructor with Fitness U since 2003. After years of taking step classes, she decided to become a AAAI/ISMA certified Step instructor upon recommendation of a fellow instructor. Stacia has since become a AAFA personal trainer and teaches Muscle Firm and Step Interval classes. She likes to change her class routines and instructions on a daily basis and has found that this theory has helped her develop a devoted class following. Stacia invites anyone to "Rise and Shine" and attend her early morning classes!Monday thru Friday — 5:30am - 9:00pm
